Order Processing Time
All orders placed on tiril.in are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking details where available.
During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays through order updates.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. Delivery is available to most serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of checkout or after order placement.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered within India only.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, weight, and delivery location. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified minimum order value as displayed on the website.

Bulk and Contract Manufacturing Orders
For bulk orders and contract manufacturing, shipping timelines and charges will be agreed upon separately as part of the order confirmation process. Bulk orders may have different processing and dispatch timelines depending on production requirements, packaging specifications, and order volume.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and report it immediately to the delivery executive. Take photographs of the damaged packaging before opening, and contact us at the earliest through the Contact page on tiril.in with order details and photographs.
In the rare event of a lost shipment, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with our courier partner and provide a resolution in the form of a replacement or refund as applicable.
Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order. Tiril is not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
