Ingredients:
– 2 tbsp Tiril Ragi Flour
– 2 cups water
– Salt to taste
– Buttermilk or yogurt (optional)

Method:
1. Mix Tiril Ragi Flour in a cup of cold water until smooth with no lumps.
2. Boil the remaining water in a pot.
