Ingredients:

– 1/2 tsp Tiril Turmeric Powder
– Salt to taste
– Warm water to knead

Method:
1. Mix all Tiril flours together in a bowl.
2. Add ajwain, turmeric, salt, and optional seeds.
3. Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
4. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
5. Divide into small balls and roll out into thin rotis.
6. Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) without oil for 1-2 minutes per side.
7. Optionally, roast directly on flame for a charred finish.
8. Serve with dal, sabzi, or yogurt.
